- Studio (can be rented with or without the ground floor): room with double bed, bathroom with bathtube, toilets

- Apartment on 1st floor : room with double bed, room or living room with 1 single bed and a small sofa-bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilets

- Apartment on 2nd floor : room with double bed, room or living room with 1 single bed and a small sofa-bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilets
